Telcos should pay Google?
Arguing that without content services such as Google, Vonage, and iTunes, the telcos would have no broadband network
revenues. After all, we've seen what kind of quality content comes from the telcos and MSOs (puh-leeze don't try to
tell me Rhapsody is superior to iTunes). So there's an interesting idea--turn the tables on the telcos and make them
sound like the non-innovating, spoiled-brat, grandfathered, tariffed, unsure-how-to-profit-on-their-own beuracracies they really are...

1. You are wrong.
They should pay, or should have paid Napster and followers.
That was the real Broadband wagon.
That is also why in Europe nobody really goes against copyrights infringment.
Because that would mean the end of fast services like Fastweb.
If you have no big files to download, you do not need 50 Mbps.
That is also why they want to broadcast TV and similar nonsense.
People ARE stupid, but how much?
Future will tell...
